Doug’s versatile and results driven business approach is a result of over 10 years of experience in a variety of sales and leadership roles managing both small and large teams to achieve key business and sales objectives. As head of global business development, Doug is responsible for product and services sales, client account management, and managing key business partner relationships. Doug leads our sales team with territories in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. He oversees specific territories in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to TEAM, Doug worked at Oracle in positions such as Senior Technical Architect, Services Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and ANZ Account Manager. In these positions, Doug supported clients in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand in consulting, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support activities. Doug also had tenure at Unisys in an engineering role and gained experience around networking and IT infrastructure.
