TEAM requires talented and driven professionals to continue the significant growth we have experienced over the last 11 years. We are seeking successful professionals with a demonstrated wealth of experience in defining technical leadership for an organization, ability to direct and influence the adoption of emerging or trending technologies with customers, project management experience from concept to delivery, and application design and implementation. Our Solution Architect and Application Consultants are our key resources within TEAM.

We are seeking motivated, career-minded professional with anywhere from 4-8 years experience in portal architecture & development, WebLogic systems administration, Java and ADF. Do you have the creativity and resourcefulness to solve those technical challenges involved in leading edge enterprise software deployment? If so, we’re looking for you.

Solution Architect 
TEAM, an Employee Owned company, needs an Architect to become a recognized technologist within TEAM and the ECM industry.   You will serve as the “go-to” point for technology leadership to clients for solution architectures, and industry best practices.

  1. Demonstrating a high level of competency architecting solutions using the Oracle WebCenter Suite, including Portal, Content and Spaces. Use architectural principles to design high quality solutions and deliver them to agreed time frames. A proven record of architecting large scale Oracle solutions.

  2. Proven capability at project management, providing guidance to a team of individuals and over-seeing the design, development and implementation of an integrated WebCenter platform.

  3. Technology based competency in Fusion Middleware Architecture and Enterprise 2.0/WebCenter Concepts

  4. Demonstrate strength in Java, JEE, ADF, and WebLogic Application Servers

  5. Superior consulting skills, including pre-sales experience

Additionally, these professionals have the breadth and depth in portal environments and ability to deliver end to end solutions. Our Architect will have 6-8 years of portal experience, and undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering, etc), demonstrated leadership skills, and superior consultancy skills.



Application Consultants
TEAM requires talented and driven professionals to continue the significant growth we have experienced over the last 11 years. These successful professionals have a wealth of experience in application development, source control, builds, development methodology, and release processes. TEAM, an Employee Owned company, needs an Application Consultant to become a key contributor to our growth and a domain expert.

 Our professionals deploy their expertise across a wide variety of domains; i.e. medical, government sectors, food, construction firms, and electronics. They excel at client relationship building and technical competencies in:

  1. Application development/portlet experience to define the back-end requirements, complete implementation and test the solution to ensure technical requirements or features have been achieved and delivered. Primary skills in Java, SQL, ADF, and JEE are core competencies in the area.

  2. Breadth and depth in JDeveloper for portal development, including integration with source control tools, configuring data sources, using the inbuild WebLogic environment and deploying portlets.

  3. User Interface (UI) development experience in front-end or back-end features. Primary skills include: browser knowledge, HTML, XML, CSS and AJAX.
     
  4. Application Server skills in Web Center Portal, or WebLogic are highly desired. Servers skills in Websphere or JBoss are also considered.

Additionally, these professionals have the breadth and depth in portal environments and ability to deliver end to end solutions.
