TEAM provides outsourced R&D for new product development for vendors and software implementations and customization for end users. In addition, TEAM is developing strategies to develop proprietary software products and subscriber services.

TEAM is seeking a professional with 5 plus years of software development and 3 plus years in application architecture experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale business application design efforts
- Gather, understand, organize, and manage client requirements.
- Interact with the client project team, including project sponsors, architects, developers, IT personnel, and end users.
- Assist the Project Manager in establishing team goals and objectives, and in managing technical scope.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to TEAM and client technical resources.
- Provide project timeline and effort estimates associated with development tasks.
- Provide support to the sales effort on existing business development pursuits
Required Experience
- 5+ years consulting experience
- 3+ years experience in application architecture and/or software development/integration
- Expertise utilizing the following technologies: LDAP or AD, Java, J2EE/JEE, EJB, JSP, Websphere, Weblogic, Javascript, Identity Management (with SSO), WebCenter Suite
- 1+ years experience define, create and complete a technical architecture task without guidance
- Experience in SDLC processes and methods
- A firm understanding of design methods, integrations and architectures
- Expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware a plus – packages such as Oracle UCM, Oracle URM, Oracle IRM, Oracle WebCenter, Oracle SES, and SOA Suite
- Experience in Records Management and Retention technologies and terminologies a plus – professional certification (CRM) highly desirable
