TEAM has a rich history of "doing the impossible" to meet difficult schedules and budgets. This has been essential to some very successful projects and the launching of some very successful entrepreneurial companies.

But what lies ahead is really exciting. We will grow our professional services business. We will expand our data center. And we've got some product ideas that we are validating and will be developing and introducing to the market. Our goal is to build a successful company based upon a recurring revenue model that will produce very significant shareholder value.

TEAM isn't for everyone – we work hard. We rely on each other for collaboration and to get things done. Sometimes we travel – whether it be across town or to the other side of the globe. Sometimes we work in the middle of the night to support a colleague 10,000 miles and 18 time zones away. But our projects involve state-of-the-art technology and enterprise-class implementations and we really, really make a difference for our clients.

If you're passionate about wanting to build a successful company – for yourself and not for someone else – consider joining the employee-owners of TEAM. We've got an extremely talented group today, but we need some more. While we demand a lot of ourselves, we treat ourselves pretty well with our compensation program.
