Abstract: "ROT" = Redundant, Outdated, and Trivial. As a repository, Oracle WebCenter Records can effectively retain, manage, and dispose of email that is declared as a record, but how to control the funnel of email so that only relevant email is declared? Come to this session to hear about the challenges involved in managing that funnel, how to configure and extend Oracle WebCenter Records to filter out the ROT, and how to measure the impact on your organization.

Identify the primary challenges when trying to manage email in Oracle WebCenter Records.

Describe techniques and products that will assist in filtering the funnel of email, preventing over-retention.

Measure the impact of improved email management and retention on your organization
