TEAM Informatics, Inc. completes acquisition of TEAMFusion5 Pty Ltd

TEAM escalates its commitment to the ANZ region

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, October 29, 2010 – TEAM Informatics, Inc. (“TEAM”) announces today that it has completed its purchase of Sydney-based TEAMFusion5 Pty Ltd. (“TEAMFusion5”). Earlier this year, TEAM acquired controlling interest of TEAMFusion5, initially a joint venture between TEAM Informatics, Inc. and Australia-based Fusion5 Pty Ltd.

As a result, TEAMFusion5 will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAM. TEAM is augmenting its organization in the region, adding technical staff and local management. This will enable consulting projects and enterprise support engagements to be managed locally in a highly responsive manner. Collaboration with TEAM’s US group will continue, offering ANZ customers access to best practices and industry leading knowledge in Oracle ECM and related product areas.

Dave Shannon, TEAM’s CEO states, “This action reinforces TEAM’s commitment to the region.” Doug Thompson, Executive Vice President of Global Sales adds, “TEAM has worked for over 10 years with many customers in the region to implement Oracle products. We look forward to increased support of our customers, as well as opportunity to grow within the ANZ market.”

Following the transaction, TEAMFusion5 has been renamed TEAM Informatics Pty Ltd. In addition, TEAM has formed a subsidiary in New Zealand, TEAM Informatics Limited. TEAM plans a rebranding and promotion program to reinforce its presence and identity in the Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) market. TEAM will also be introducing new products as its strategy unfolds.
