Team process

There are five distinct phases to the TEAM Informatics process:

• Scoping. Defining goals and creating a plan, to ensure your project gets off on the right track.
• Analysis and Design. We develop specific technical architecture and document business requirements. We then write a detailed project plan, so there is a clear understand of how we will approach the solution.
• Development. This is the heart of the project. The detailed analysis design will be used to guide your project team and to ensure delivery of a system that works specifically for your needs.
• Test.  We don’t want you to have to worry about what lies behind the corner.  All of our solutions are placed through a rigorous testing process that we help facilitate with our client.  First, we make sure every piece that is developed is thoroughly tested by the developer to ensure that they meet design specifications.  Second, we work with the client to ensure they have a comprehensive testing strategy and complimentary plan to perform system, integration, and performance testing.  Third, we are with the client all the way correcting unforeseen interactions with the solutions we have crafted.
• Deployment. We finalize product deliverables, ensuring everything is complete – and, that everyone in your company is happy with the results (we won’t stop until you are).
