TEAM’s Enterprise Support program provides  flexible support levels, including:

Enterprise Support Silver. The foundation services upon which all other levels of service are build upon. Key benefits include:

  • Designated Technical Account Manager (TAM) available to you at all times. You will have direct access to a senior-level resource (your TAM) who will maintain an in-depth knowledge of your specific product, environment and architecture. Soon, you will be thinking about this person as an extension of your own technical team.
  • Annual Review. An implementation review, headed by your TAM, will be a collaborative session. This will include a review of support activity, and a proactive ‘health check’ of your complete solution.

Enterprise Support Gold. All of the above, as well as additional services which include:

  • Administrative services. Leverage your Technical Account Manager  for services including patch and critical update management, Metadata & Security model maintenance with routine updates and general system and error log monitoring.  Additional administrative services may also be included, as desired.

Enterprise Support Platinum. The highest level of services, it provides all of the Silver and Gold offerings, as well as services generally considered outside the scope of support and application maintenance services.  Key benefits include:

  • Bundled Consulting Services – included hours for additional services such as assistance with architecture configuration changes, upgrades, enhancements, system migrations, performance evaluation, user training, web site development and much, much more.

Hosted Services

Over the years, our foundation in Enterprise Content Management has led us to realize the need to offer our clients hosted services. Because ECM environments can be very complex, our knowledge allows us to help you reduce your administrative and IT overheads, so you can focus on realizing the benefits of you IT investments.

  • High availability. TEAM datacenters provide a high availability architecture following the N+1 principle. This design provides stability from multiple power grids, exceeding 99.9% system availability (with the option to extend across multiple datacenters, for even greater availability).
  • Storage. To meet the expanding storage needs of business, we utilize Hitachi SAN technology to allow block level replication, site-to-site replication, de-duplication and WORM technology.
  • Systems Management. We provide industry best practices for managing Windows, Linux and other operating system environments. This includes hardware replacement, scheduled patch installation, monitoring of hardware and applications, together with ensured back up of data.
  • Virtualization. Team utilizes VMware to offer cost effective virtual machine environments, improving the availability and efficiency of many applications.
