Dave Shannon

CEO
Dave’s background with Oracle and associated technologies is both wide and deep, including leading activities for Stellent’s entry into the Asian market.
He is equally comfortable communicating with senior management and technical staff – at both business and technical levels.  Dave’s problem solving skills for working with complex situations and “rescue” situations for projects in trouble are without equal.
Prior positions include principal for the due diligence practice at HeatSeeker’s Technology Partners and VP of technology insertion for Choten, a company specializing in Japan market entry for US software products. 

Craig Johnson

CFO
Craig is an experienced corporate development leader who has worked with several entrepreneurial and high growth opportunities in the information technology industry.
Originally a software engineer and manager, Craig has worked in marketing, product management, and general management roles across vendor and user organizations.  Within TEAM, he leads activities in the finance, legal, human resources, and other administrative areas.
Prior positions include VP of product management at ADC Telecommunications, president of Zebulon Group, a corporate development company, and director of systems architecture for NCR Corporation.

Doug Thompson

Executive Vice President
Doug’s background with Oracle and associated technologies is impressive. He worked at Oracle from 2001 - 2007 in a variety of positions including Senior Technical Architect, Services Account Manager, ANZ and Strategic Account Manager.  
At Oracle, Doug worked with 50+ clients in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia/New Zealand in consulting, pre-sales, post sales and support activities.
Doug’s expertise lies well beyond Oracle and software.  Previously, as an Engineer at Unisys Corporation, he gained valuable infrastructure and networking experience that now serves him well on a day-to-day basis.
