- Consolidated reporting into a single real-time report or dashboard, from both TEAM supported on-premise applications and Oracle Cloud applications.
- Consolidated reporting on Incidents, Problems, Service Requests and progress
- Knowledge base and FAQ for client specific installation
- TEAM will manage all calls with Oracle Support and 3rd Party Vendors to:
- Provision services
- Troubleshoot incidents
- Manage problems to resolution leveraging our relationships with Support and Product Management.
- TEAM will provide solution options for all Service Requests and a mechanism to execute the selected Options under the Service if appropriate.
